We’re currently seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician to join our Surgery Department at our Ontario location . Position Overview Performs and participates in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, scanning, sterilization, storage and distribution of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications Required: High school graduate or equivalent CRCST Certification – Certified Registered Central Service Technician or obtained within six months of hire. Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology Experience cleaning and sterilizing instruments Previous experience working in a healthcare facility in the Sterile Prep Department.
